Mick has 25+ years of experience helping life science companies maximize their commercial value. Mick spent 10 years at GSK driving R&D decision-gate decisions, maximizing pre-commercialization potential, launching and growing brands, and enhancing portfolios by licensing and acquiring products and companies. Mick then spent another 10 years as an executive building start-up therapeutic, diagnostic and device companies. Mick specializes in wringing commercial potential out of R&D assets, identifying value and opportunity, and establishing commercial plans and infrastructure to achieve that potential. Mick is a graduate of Colgate University and The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
